A Monthly Message to our wonderful FCR supporters!

You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you.  Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord, is the Rock eternal.  Isaiah 26:3,4

Dear Friends of Christian Radio,

When a major earthquake hits and the ground trembles and shifts, even strong buildings are in danger of disintegrating.  To avoid severe damage to structures in earthquake-prone areas engineers have developed construction techniques, which help to strengthen the building and absorb and diffuse some of the destructive motion.  But, what about the devastating “life-quakes” that inundate us from time to time?  Are there spiritual safeguards that can help us through so we don’t “fall apart”?  The verses from Isaiah 26 give us a pretty good plan for a solid foundation.  It tells us that our thoughts must be focused on the Lord and His Word, constantly trusting in Him for the answer to every circumstance.  If we do that we’ll have our feet firmly planted on the Rock eternal who will keep us in His perfect peace.

Thanks so much for helping KGLE provide life-quake-calming input into the lives of our listeners.  As the truth of His Word and inspirational music go out across these Northern Plains the peace that Jesus came to give can grow as listeners come to know the Prince of Peace in a personal way and as they respond with trust in their Savior for the challenges of the day.  Thanks so much for being a Great Friend of Christian Radio and may you know His perfect peace even in turbulent times.
